This is Bella- a young possible sharpei mix that was dumped out of a car by her owners. A passerby witnessed the incident and was too shocked and concerned about the dog to get the license plate. The shelter believes she had a litter about 2 months ago. Her owners bred her, had no further use for her then dumped her to fend for herself. Her ears have been cut to make her look like a pit bull? But she has a broad nose and fluffy tail. She is young, affectionate, gets along with other dogs and has "an amazingly sweet and gentle soul" as described by a volunteer at the shelter.
